ELSRO ADHESIVE


DESCRIPTION

Elsro Adhesive is a non-toxic, non-flammable, rubberized asphalt emulsion.

USES

Elsro Adhesive is designed for bonding Comfortwalk and Arena asphalt floor tile to vinyl composite tile and concrete or wood substrates.

CHARACTERISTICS

The emulsion adhesive is particularly suited for use where a non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable adhesive is needed. Elsro Adhesive is characterized by its fast dry time and easy spreading consistency.

LIMITATIONS

Can not be applied at temperatures below 40 degrees F. Do not allow to freeze. Shelf life is one year in an unopened container.

PREPARATORY WORK

Surface shall be firm and free from dust, loose particles, grease, oil, and other foreign matter. Air and substrate should be above 50 degrees F.

Harmful is swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. For industrial use only.

WORKING CHARACTERISTICS

Coverage will vary from 150-200 sq. ft. /gallon depending on the porosity of the substrate.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Stir thoroughly before use. Apply using a 1/16 inch notched trowel. Apply tile into tacky, but not wet adhesive. Use mineral spirits for clean up of dried adhesive and water for uncured adhesive.
