DESCRIPTION

Elsro Cutback Adhesive is a solvent, cutback, fibered, non-abrasive adhesive.

USES

Elsro Cutback Adhesive is used to adhere Elsro Marine Deck asphalt plank to concrete, wood, steel, fiberglass, and other substrates.

CHARACTERISTICS

Particularly suited for use when a freeze/thaw stable adhesive is necessary.

LIMITATIONS

It will not bond to wet or greasy surfaces.

PREPARATORY WORK

Surface should be firm and free from loose particles, oil, and other foreign matter.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Contains flammable solvents. Keep away from heat and open flame. Use in a well ventilated area.

WORKING CHARACTERISTICS

Coverage will be between 75 and 150 square feet per gallon. Do not use more material than is needed. If material has thickened due to low temperatures, leave the containers in a heated building overnight at room temperature. DO NOT HEAT WITH AN OPEN FLAME.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Apply using a notched trowel (1/8 inch) in a uniform fashion onto substrate. Allow adhesive to set slightly before tile installation. Install tile within two hours after adhesive application. Use mineral spirits for clean up.
