ELSRO PATCH-ALL DESCRIPTION Elsro Patch-All is a black, fast-setting, trowelable, cementitious underlayment. USES Patch-All is designed for use with Elsro Comfortwalk and Arena asphalt plank flooring. It is used to fill in around columns and the bases of equipment. Patch-All is not meant to be used in the joints between Comfortwalk and Arena tiles. Patch-All can also be used as a substrate preparation product for use under the tile and can be used to patch and smooth new or old concrete surfaces. This can be done from a feather edge to 1/2 inch in a single application. CHARACTERISTICS Patch-All is a quick setting mortar. That dries to a black/dark gray color. Patch-All has excellent adhesion and compressive strengths and finishes down to a feather edge. LIMITATIONS Follow good concreting procedures. Do not apply at floor temperatures below 40 degrees. In hot weather, use cold mixing water to extend the set time. COMPOSITION Patch-All is Portland cement based with chemical admixtures and acrylic modifiers to give Patch-All excellent working conditions. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Patch-All contains Portland cement. Avoid eye contact or prolonged contact with skin. Surface Preparation Surface must be clean and free from curing compounds, sealants, oils, greases, gypsum compounds or other materials that may impair the bond of Patch-All. MIXING Add Patch-All powder to water and mix for at least 3 minutes with a drill mounted mixer. APPLICATION Place Patch-All with a trowel. When Patch-All starts to obtain initial set, steel trowel to desired finish. |
