DESCRIPTION
Elsro Patch-All is a black, fast-setting, trowelable, cementitious underlayment.
USES
Patch-All is designed for use with Elsro Comfortwalk and Arena asphalt plank flooring. It is used to fill in around columns and the bases of equipment. Patch-All is not meant to be used in the joints between Comfortwalk and Arena tiles. Patch-All can also be used as a substrate preparation product for use under the tile and can be used to patch and smooth new or old concrete surfaces. This can be done from a feather edge to 1/2 inch in a single application.
CHARACTERISTICS
Patch-All is a quick setting mortar. That dries to a black/dark gray color. Patch-All has excellent adhesion and compressive strengths and finishes down to a feather edge.
LIMITATIONS
Follow good concreting procedures. Do not apply at floor temperatures below 40 degrees. In hot weather, use cold mixing water to extend the set time.
COMPOSITION
Patch-All is Portland cement based with chemical admixtures and acrylic modifiers to give Patch-All excellent working conditions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Patch-All contains Portland cement. Avoid eye contact or prolonged contact with skin.
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean and free from curing compounds, sealants, oils, greases, gypsum compounds or other materials that may impair the bond of Patch-All.
MIXING
Add Patch-All powder to water and mix for at least 3 minutes with a drill mounted mixer.
APPLICATION
Place Patch-All with a trowel. When Patch-All starts to obtain initial set, steel trowel to desired finish.
ELSRO ADHESIVE
DESCRIPTION
Elsro Adhesive is a non-toxic, non-flammable, rubberized asphalt emulsion.
USES
Elsro Adhesive is designed for bonding Comfortwalk and Arena asphalt floor tile to vinyl composite tile and concrete or wood substrates.
CHARACTERISTICS
The emulsion adhesive is particularly suited for use where a non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable adhesive is needed. Elsro Adhesive is characterized by its fast dry time and easy spreading consistency.
LIMITATIONS
Can not be applied at temperatures below 40 degrees F. Do not allow to freeze. Shelf life is one year in an unopened container.

PREPARATORY WORK
Surface shall be firm and free from dust, loose particles, grease, oil, and other foreign matter. Air and substrate should be above 50 degrees F.

WORKING CHARACTERISTICS
Coverage will vary from 150-200 sq. ft. /gallon depending on the porosity of the substrate.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Stir thoroughly before use. Apply using a 1/16 inch notched trowel. Apply tile into tacky, but not wet adhesive. Use mineral spirits for clean up of dried adhesive and water for uncured adhesive.
ELSRO TRANSITION STRIPS
Elsro Steel Transition Strips are designed as a permanent durable solution for various floor elevations. The transition pieces should be placed next to existing 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch Comfortwalk or Arena floor tile and secured to the substrate using countersunk anchors.

ELSRO BASE COAT SEALER
DESCRIPTION
Elsro Base Coat is a waterborne acrylic sealer that displays high gloss with excellent adhesion to Comfortwalk and Arena floor tile. This premium quality sealer exhibits water resistance and dust reduction by forming a smooth, durable film. Base Coat is an unstrippable sealer that has been pigmented black to help mask any joints or scratches in the surface of the tile.
USES
Base Coat is designed for use on interior industrial floors where a durable, permanent finish is required. Base Coat eliminates construction dust from being ground into the surface of Comfortwalk or Arena floor tile and provides a smooth, glossy base for Elsro Top Coat floor finish.
CHARACTERISTICS
Base Coat is easy to use and facilitates fast and easy clean up.
LIMITATIONS
Base Coat can not be applied at temperatures below 40 degrees F. Do not allow to freeze. Shelf life is one year in an unopened container.

WORKING CHARACTERISTICS
Coverage should average 575 - 650 sq. ft. /gallon.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Stir thoroughly before each use. Apply using a lambswool applicator. Use only clean equipment. Apply subsequent coat at a right angle to the first. Apply in thin, even coats at approximately 300 - 650 sq. ft. /gallon. Apply a minimum of three coats. We recommend waiting 24 hours before application of top coats.
ELSRO TOP COAT SEALER
DESCRIPTION
Elsro Top Coat is a strippable floor finish for use on Comfortwalk and Arena Floor tile. Top Coat has a high gloss appearance and excellent wear characteristics.
USES
Top Coat is used as a regular maintenance item. It protects the asphalt tile from dust and wear and improves tile appearance by providing a glossy finish.
CHARACTERISTICS
Top Coat is a milky white liquid with a weak ammonia odor and may be buffed or burnished to a high sheen.
LIMITATIONS
Do not allow to freeze.

ELSRO TOP COAT - STATIC FREE
DESCRIPTION
Elsro Top Coat - SF is a high solid, static dissipating floor finish formulated with conductive polymers to prevent static generation and to dissipate static charges on any conventional floor. It's generally applied after application of several coats of pigmented base coat.

PREPARATORY WORK
The floor should be stripped of all old wax or finish and rinsed thoroughly.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use in a well ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children, and avoid contamination of food. May cause eye irritation and is harmful if swallowed.
WORKING CHARACTERISTICS
Apply at 1,800 - 2,000 square feet per gallon.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) The floor should be stripped of all old wax or finish and rinsed thoroughly. Once the floor has dried, apply the prescribed number of coats of base coat followed by even coats of Top Coat - SF floor finish with clean mop or applicator.
2) Each coat should be thoroughly dried for 30 - 60 minutes, depending on temperatures and humidity. Proper application of additional coats as required will dramatically increase gloss and provide proper conductivity in the static dissipating range.
MAINTENANCE
Floors coated with Top Coat - SF should be maintained regularly to assure full static control of non-conductive floors. High traffic areas should be damp-mopped with a neutral pH cleaner and re-coated with Top Coat - SF when worn. Note that excessive moisture and/or humidity may cause white blooming on the coating.
ELSRO AR-STRIPPER WAX STRIPPER - CLEANER
DESCRIPTION
Elsro AR-Stripper is a wax stripper-cleaner. It is a flourescent green color liquid with a concentrated detergent system designed to attack the heaviest of all-around cleaning jobs. AR-Stripper is more economical than powder detergents, yet powerful enough to strip the heaviest of old wax build-up.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
One to three ounces per gallon of water will clean a car, floors, or walls. Twice as strong will cut through grease, oil, and heavy duty exterior cleaning.
SAFETY
Safe on all metals and paints. Non-flammable and non-toxic.
ELSRO CUTBACK ADHESIVE
DESCRIPTION
Elsro Cutback Adhesive is a solvent, cutback, fibered, non-abrasive adhesive.
USES
Elsro Cutback Adhesive is used to adhere Elsro Marine Deck asphalt plank to concrete, wood, steel, fiberglass, and other substrates.
CHARACTERISTICS
Particularly suited for use when a freeze/thaw stable adhesive is necessary.
LIMITATIONS
It will not bond to wet or greasy surfaces.

Contains flammable solvents. Keep away from heat and open flame. Use in a well ventilated area.
WORKING CHARACTERISTICS
Coverage will be between 75 and 150 square feet per gallon. Do not use more material than is needed. If material has thickened due to low temperatures, leave the containers in a heated building overnight at room temperature. DO NOT HEAT WITH AN OPEN FLAME.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Apply using a notched trowel (1/8 inch) in a uniform fashion onto substrate. Allow adhesive to set slightly before tile installation. Install tile within two hours after adhesive application. Use mineral spirits for clean up.
